We are selling this guitar as is and the price has been discounted accordingly". It will be up to the new owner to fix this problem. Other than this issue the guitar is in good shape and original and you can see this in the pictures. The tremolo issue is why it's listed as "fair" condition otherwise it would be listed as "very good condition". No case is included.
