This device 'HOC-KINGFISHER' was developed under the supervision of fingerstyle guitarist Yu Watanabe.
We tried various body shapes and tone wood combinations, and selected the specifications that best fit Yu Watanabe's specialty playing style, ``finger style that combines warmth and transparency.''
In terms of design, we have incorporated the design of our beloved Headway HDC-1020 King Fisher, and decorated the fingerboard and head with a unique inlay design.

Solid spruce is selected for the top material, and MacArthur ebony with beautiful grain is selected for the side and back materials.
The HOC body shape has a relatively small body and a 628mm medium scale neck, making it easy to hold and press the strings.
Production is done in the Headway Japan Tune-up Series, where detailed adjustments are made at 'Workshop Divisor Guitars' in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, to bring the playability to actual specifications, so the price is relatively reasonable. Although the price is reasonable, we are also pursuing playability, which is important in fingerstyle.
