Made in Japan in the 80's by the Pearl Drum Company, the OD-05 creates an overdriven tube amp sound. Also has an equalizer which creates various overdrive tones. This equalizer has a frequency range of 100Hz-4KHz and gain of +/- 15dB, so you can select various tone colors.
Has the JRC4558, the highly sought after chip also found in the early 1980s Japanese made Ibanez TS10 (SRV and John Mayer).
