Schecter C-7 BlackJack Gloss Black 2020 Electric Guitar

Here for sale we have a Schecter C-7 BlackJack in Gloss Black finish. Made in Korea in 2020, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body, Mahogany neck and 24 Extra Jumbo fret Ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Black Chrome hardware including aTonePros TP7 TOM String Thru Body bridge and Schecter Locking tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Lundgren M7 humbuckers, these are wired to a 3-way blade switch, independent volume controls, a master tone control with a push/pull coil split. 

The Mahogany neck plays exceptionally well, with the Thin ‘C’ neck profile feels incredibly ergonomic, allowing for great thumb placement all across the neck, whilst the Ebony fingerboard and X-jumbo frets provide a robust playing experience that feels rock solid under the fingers, whilst enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The 12"-16" compound radius ensures that the playing experience is tailored to the needs of the player in all registers. Extra Jumbo frets increase sustain whilst enhancing the feel of vibrato and string bending techniques, providing an even and balanced feel across the strings, particularly in drop tunings. The contoured neck heel provides unobstructed access to the upper register, which works great with the double cutaway body design.

Amplified, this guitar has a thick low end grunt and sculpted mid range thanks to its pair of  Seymour Duncan pickups. The Lundgren M7 bridge pickup delivers a powerful but balanced rock and metal tone with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. The low strings are tight and the high strings scream with harmonics, making it a go-to pickup for hard-hitting crunch rhythms and blazing lead tones. The Lundgren M7 in the neck position offers all the soloing clarity you could wish for, with sweet sustain and a warm, full sound that still possesses a clear attack providing a hot output delivering smooth, fluid solo tones under gain, while still being capable of bell-like clean tones. The push/pull coil split feature further enhances the versatility of this guitar providing a wide tonal palette for the user to explore.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Very light scratching is present to all surfaces of the headstock, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the bottom of the front face. A very small chip of finish has been taken from a dent to the very top side edge point of the headstock. 

Neck: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to the fingerboard and to the rear of the neck, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This can not be felt under the finger in playing position and is most noticeable across the second fret.

Body: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to all surfaces of the body, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable across the front face.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.

Truss Rod: Fully functional & adjustable. no truss rod tool included (hex 4mm)

Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear.
