Ayers D-02 2015 - Gloss / Satin

Beautiful Ayers D-02 (Dreadnought) acoustic guitar for sale. Designed by renowned Australian luthier, Gerard Gilet, Ayers guitars are hand-built in Vietnam in their own dedicated factory, by craftsmen trained by Gilet. They are built from Vietnamese Mahogany (back and sides - with a beautiful grain; see photos), giving them a beautiful, smooth tone, with a Solid Sitka Spruce top, and clean maple purling. It has quality Gotoh Chrome tuners and comes with a hard case.

This is a lovely guitar to play, with a comfortable satin neck for ease of play, and a really bright, crisp sound. Perfect for strumming or finger-picking, this guitar will show your playing off in the best light.

This guitar is in excellent condition, with only some very minor markings, possibly from pick marks on the lower bout. I've tried to show them in the photos, but they are very hard to see! It is a guitar that really must be seen and played to be able to fully appreciate the quality (and value) it offers the guitarist. I think it's a 2015 build, and has aged nicely, with a lovely warmth to the sound.

Selling to help recoup some of my spend on a wishlist guitar recently. Collection in person preferred (Chester, CH2), as you can give it a try then, too. If I need to courier it to you, I've been advised that you cannot get insurance on guitars, so, while I will package it as securely as I can, please proceed at your own risk; I cannot be responsible for the courier's handling of the guitar. In-person collection is much preferred!
