Great Condition JooDee JLP-55 Artist from the 1970's.

Joodee guitars were manufactured by Yamaki in Japan .This guitar is the same as the Yamaki Performer, which was also a blatant Les Paul copy.

Japanese Lawsuit guitars with correct specs are fun to collect and this is one of the nicest in terms of both condition and faithfulness to the Gibson Les Paul specs from the era.

Extremely high quality 70 LP copy!

Made with the same high end tone woods and style as the Gibson Les Pauls at the time.

Thick maple Top (with some birdseye and gorgoes grain), pancake mahogany body (two one piece slabs!), three piece maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, mother of pearl inlays, bone nut, cream binding.

Orginal Gotoh tuners and hardware.

Original electronics.

The guitar is all original and overall very clean for it's age, no chips, finish peeling, only a few small scratches on the back of the neck near the headstock and a few on the body.

The guitar plays fantastic and has a great tone.
