1938 Gibson Roy Smeck Stage Deluxe Sunburst, in fantastic vintage condition. What a beauty, we never get these in so this is a real treat. Expertly converted from the original Hawaiian setup to standard steel string, plays like a dream, complete with that super desirable V profile neck - just like a J-34 from that period. Completely crack free. Original Grovers and bridge, which has had the saddle position moved professionally. Some very mild finish touchup on the neck, which is barely visible and some slight patches of overspray on the top upper bout bass side above the soundhole and left side of the fingerboard extension. The neck angle and saddle height are excellent. Constructed with an Adirondack Red Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides. An absolute cannon fit for the Wizard Of Strings himself. Includes a vintage Gibson NOHSC.
