I’m selling my old Kraftsman banjo. I believe it’s late 1950s but I’ve seen the same one listed as 1940?
Hopefully you know more about it than I do.
Here’s what I know
neck
Straight no cracks
Resonator
Great condition
Back
Solid wood no cracks
Head stock has come paint chipping but nothing a brown sharpie wont hide.
The strings need to be replaced but I’m sending a new pack with the banjo
Comes with the original naugahyde bag, though it’s not recommended you use it for anything other than decoration as the bag ia Showing its age. im Adding the bag because it’s cool. I just had a buyer return this because they didn’t like the bag! The bag should be replaced with a hard case so you can protect your investment!
Everything is looking good! I personally would wipe down the metal a little to polish it but that’s my preferenc. I’m
Leaving it as is so you can decide.
