This is a vintage CRL 5-way "wafer-type" rotary switch used in the very early PRS guitars from 1985-1990. The pickup positions are:
-Treble humbucker
-Power out-of-phase
-Treble + Bass (all coils)
-Parallel single coil
-Bass humbucker
The switch is used but in excellent working condition. It was removed from a 1989 Standard.
