Protone Pedals Deadhorse Deluxe Overdrive in great condition.
This overdrive is like a vintage Tube Screamer on steroids.
They used the JRC4558 chip, which is the key to those vintage TS tones- perfect for pushing the front end of your tube amp.
But that is the only the starting point, there is a lot more gain on tap here than a TS, and with Diode and Attack switches, you have more control of the tone.
Everything from a front end push to a clip to full raging gain, it's all here- that's why it's a favorite of players like Keith Merrow and Misha Mansoor.
This Overdrive Deluxe is in very good overall condition as you can see in pics- typical marks from normal use.
Tested and works as it should- uses 9v cent-neg adapter (not included).
