If you know your history on Martin guitars they settled to NYC/East coast from Europe in the early 1900s. There was all sorts of makers in and out their shops with different names ect. Clearly of Martin, Gibson, Ditson, Lakeside quality maker and detail. Its made exceptionally well, finest woods and inlays of exquisite quality. Please see splits, cracks, dents and all kinds of various issues along with natural 100+ year old wear and tear. Will need a new bridge (not sure that is original could be! along with some body work and various other issues. Experienced luthiers only! Please examine the pictures carefully should they display things not mentioned here. I'm not an expert in parlor, classical, baroque and or romantic era parlor guitars like this.
