This is a handmade instrument - brand new, only played by me so far for testing. Roasted poplar body, maple neck, 2 GFS "Vintage '59" humbuckers, with a push/pull coil split. The bridge is a modified Wilkinson Tele half-bridge, with a string-through design. Two-way truss rod with headstock access installed. Everything finished in Tru-oil. It has a 4-ply Tortoise pickguard. 500K tone and volume pots (tone knob is a push/pull for the coil split). Side-mount jack.
The roasted poplar body has some great character -- there are some surface cracks (see pictures) that are fully stabilized with epoxy. The neck is maple with a maple fretboard (and a thin maple "racing stripe" accent). See the very last picture, there was a small chip out near the nut in building that was repaired but is slightly visible.
