Stained (ebony) and refinished Fender MiM neck and a black sparkle Fender Squier body (just polished the bod, as it was in pretty good shape) - the metal flake in the factory finish is really kinda cool. There is a little wear on the lower end of the fret-board (pictured), but it doesn’t affect playing at all (even bending -no probs).
She has NOS Fender stamped tuners, aftermarket string tree guides and we shaped a new bone nut for her... New Graph Tech saddles too! We relic/burnished the neck plate, the input jack and the bridge - a nice, unique look in our humble opinion.
- Oak Grigsby 5 way p/u selector switch, CTS pots and a Switch Craft input jack -
The pickups are a fantastic combo: Fender ‘69 Custom Shops in the neck and middle, paired righteously with a Lindy Fralin Split Coil (hum free) bridge pickup.
We thought that team of pickups’d work great, but the sounds comin’ outta them surpassed our positive expectations by a good bit.
The white pearloid pickguard and back cavity cover are new and provide a really classy, tuxedo-esque appearance to this player‘s* guitar. Great value right here!
Pro set up with D’Addario 10-46’s and a new hard shell case (a gig bag for $60 less).
* = ‘player’s’ means all folks who play, INCLUDING folks who get paid to play. Our name isn’t ’out there’ enough for collectors, but for Strat player, this is one really tough-ta-beat guitar.
Listed shipping costs are just guesses... thx fer lookin’ and God bless.
