There are some signs of use such as scuffs and scratches on the overall surface, and the label on the bottom is worn.
No accessories, just the unit itself. The power adapter (12V center minus 380mA) is missing and needs to be provided separately for use.

Precautions for electronic instruments that use a power supply

The voltage in Japan is 100 V, it is different from most of other countries, you need confirm the voltage of your country and in some cases you have to get locally an adaptor for converting the voltage before use it in your country.
