Only made from 1919 to 1927, this one will be from 19-23, as that is when they switched to the snakehead headstock on the Jrs. It was the start of the A models, not that it was an worse instrument, just simpler. Most of the A's have ebony fingerboards, Jr's had rosewood. Jr's normally don't have body binding, but this one does, tortoise. We glued some seam separations and replaced the tailpiece. We also gave it a setup and new strings. The pickguard is missing, but the spike is still present on the side of the fingerboard and the felt is present in the bridge hole. Frets are in great shape. It has normal wear and tear, but nothing bad. We took photos of "the worst." This is a great mandolin that plays easily and sounds fantastic. No case, but will be packed for safe shipping.
