Based on one of Valco’s first instruments, the National-branded lap steel. An affordable and reliable alternative to the original that is not going to break the bank and be an iffy partner onstage or in the studio. Classic elements of the original including the acrylic fingerboard with Roman numerals and a pinstriped pickguard, while introducing upgraded features such as the fixed strat-style bridge and Hot-Rail Humbucker.
