About This Listing

This is the Epiphone version of the Gibson ES 295 from the 1950's.

This guitar was made in Korea, and is probably about 15-20 years old.

It is in good condition, there are signs of use, tarnish to the gold plating, playwear on the fretboard etc., but no nasty damage.

The bridge has been replaced with a hosco compensated ebony one, which gives excellent intonation.

The bridge pick up has been raised on a rubber shim to bring it nearer to the strings for better response.

It has individual volume controls for each pick up and a master tone.

You can get an excellent woody Jazz tone on the neck pick alone and a variety of bluesy tones using the individual volume controls.

It includes a giant Planet Waves case which is actually intended for an acoustic bass guitar but the Zephyr fits just fine.

THIS IS COLLECTION ONLY IN LONDON, I WILL NOT POST.
