ENGL Vivian Campbell's, Def Leppard E850/100 Tube All Valve Power Amp (VC #5020) 2008

Def Leppard is HUGE!!. The band began in 1976 in Sheffield, England.  Over 100 million albums later the band is still going strong, selling out stadiums all over the planet. The band is one of few artists to earn an RIAA Diamond Award for 10 million albums sold. TWICE!!

Their songs like Animal, Hysteria, Photograph, Foolin’, Pour Some Sugar and Love Bites inspired generations of rockers and provided a soundtrack to the lives of millions of fans.

ENGL Vivian Campbell's, Def Leppard E850/100 TUBE ALL VALVE POWER AMP (VC #5020) 2008.

Vivian Campbell used this E850/100 head live on tour with Def Leppard from 2009-2014. This E85/100 was part of Vivian's live touring rig as seen in the Premier Guitar Def Leppard Rig Rundown video below.

ENGL amps can be seen in a couple variations of Vivian's Def Leppard touring rig in the photos. A "When Lit B" label is attached to the front of the amp. I have a message into Viv's tech to see what that means. Lines were drawn in white paint pen on the control knobs, presumably to make them easier to see in the dark.

If you saw Def Leppard during this era the ENGL E85/100 supplied the power for Vivian's legendary guitar sound.

The amp is identified by a "Property Of Def Leppard" ID tag and includes a COA signed by Vivian Campbell.
