Comes with the EM 10 receiver and SK 20 bodypack transmitter, which can be used with guitar/bass, headset, lavalier/lapel, and horn microphone options (just add whichever you need).

Bodypack is in great shape. Receiver has some scrapes on top, but face is excellent as you can see.
System comes with the power supply, and a carrying case as shown.
