AE185 acoustic-electric in pearl white. 25" scale, 24 stainless steel frets, spruce top. Gold Sperzel locking tuners, black knobs.

Carvin pickups - neck C22T, bridge C22B, middle AP11 single.
Undersaddle piezo acoustic transducer.
I'm throwing in a C22N pickup which was originally in the neck position.

3-way toggle; mini-splitters for each humbucker.
Phase switch has been replaced with selector for humbuckers, middle, or all.

I purchased this guitar with a different middle pickup & passive mods already installed by a previous owner. Bypassing the active circuitry for the magnetic pickups lets their natural sound & touch sensitivity come through. The volume remains the same. No battery power is drawn in passive mode.

When plugged into the forward jack the magnetic pickups bypass the active circuitry and are controlled by the two added volume & tone controls only.
The factory installed preamp/mixer with original 4-knob control function is active when cord is plugged into rear jack only.
When both jacks are plugged in the passive magnetics are sent to the front jack & the piezo only is sent to the rear jack.
