Why should Gibson players have all the fun??
That's the question this Tele answers - they shouldn't! This beauty has all the appointments of a high end Gibson but with Fender's aesthetics (and longer scale length, which so many of us prefer).
Here are the things I love most about this one. Quilt maple top in tobacco sunburst that looks better than anything outside the Custom Shop. Ebony fretboard with abalone dot inlays. Locking tuners. Seymour Duncan pickups (Pearly Gates in the neck, Trembucker in the bridge). 500k CTS pots with 3 way switching. Upgraded Lifton style hardshell case.
As far as condition goes, this one is in great shape for being almost 20 years old. There are minor scratches on the body from normal playwear, it's more noticeable on the back than the front, and one ding on the bottom of the guitar by the output jack that slightly cracks the finish. Very little wear on the frets or neck.
Overall, I have loved playing this guitar more than any Fender I've ever owned. The versatility of the pickups and smooth feel of the ebony fretboard make this the guitar I reach for the most often, plus the quilt maple top is just an absolute stunner.
