FOR SALE: Lightweight Paulownia Body for A Classic Vibe Stratocaster
If you own a Squier Classic Vibe Stratocaster but you wish it was much lighter, then this is the body for you. Weighing in at a svelte 2 pounds 8.6 ounces, this body, when fitted with neck, pickups, bridge, pickguard etc. from a Classic Vibe Strat, will produce a guitar that weighs about 6 pounds or less (depending on the weight of all your parts).
That's exactly what I did with my Classic Vibe Strat but I had to drill all the holes for the bridge, pickguard, tremolo claw etc. The lucky buyer of this body won't have to do all that drilling because it's already been done. Everything worked out great but I have since decided on a different color so I'm unloading this black model.
