About This Listing

Electra Phoenix X165GR 1983 Graphite Gray Metallic Electric Guitar

Check out the link for spec's, truely a wicked 80's shredder and came out right when everyone wanted a tremolo so could play like Eddie.

This guitar is no case queen, has been played and played a lot and then even more when I acquired it. If this guitar had jumbo frets it would probably be one of my go to guitars. I was going to re fret it but have not had time for more projects.

Bridge pickup is now in the neck and a Artec Dual Rail in the bridge and it screams but still clear even with high gain, Ots and switched have been changed out to new full sized 500K pots and push puls for coil taps.

Tremolo was upgraded to high mass tremolo block for added sustain. Over all just a killer Big Hair shredding guitar.

I cant tell if someone did a so so job trying to re clear the back of the headstock and just did a kinda wonky job or if the neck has been repaired? Ifr so you would never know it and is stable as any neck I have ever played. I wanted to make sure that was in the conditions.

Like I said its been played and has played hard and has got years and years of wear and tare on it, scratches, dings and a dent or two. Hard to see in the pictures but they are there. Still one of the most stable guitars I have played,

Hoping to have a short demo vid for it soon,
