Compared to a couple of historic listings of this type guitar with dates of 1981-1983, the condition appears 'very good', assuming the others were rated as at least 'good'. Main deficiency for the seller and buyer is the lack of a date on the label. I got this guitar at an auction conducted by a highly reputable gallery that specializes in fine art and jewelry in 2017, so infer that it considerably more than 7 years old. I enjoy the sound, but don't see myself expending the effort required to become even moderately proficient. I already have enough problems with a viola and violin!
The photos show the scratches and nicks in the guitar accurately in my opinion. The relatively large ding in the case looks worse in the picture than in reality. The case has a lock, and a pair of keys.
Historic listings for this model appear to have prices ranging from $1300-$2300.
