Fender Vintera '60s Telecaster Modified Lake Placid Blue - 51 Nocaster Pickups

Mint condition Vintera 60s Modified Telecaster in Lake Placid Blue.

The pickups have been changed to Fender Custom Shop '51 Nocaster for that sweet, fat and present Telecaster sound. In my opinion the best telecaster pickups short of Fralin.

The S1 switching system has been replaced with a traditional 3-way with quality components by ObsidianWire.
(Original electronics not available).

The medium jumbo frets are lovely, the 60s neck and 9,5” radius Pau Ferro fretboard plays wonderfully. The metallic Lake Placid Blue is a fantastic colour that goes nicely with the mint green pickguard.

The Pau Ferro neck is on the slightly darker side, bridging the difference with rosewood.
