Excellent handwired amp made by Gerald Weber himself. This amp is pre-production and he only made a few of these before they took off.
This amp is easily a desert island amplifier. It’s the best version of any type of tweed bassman in the business. Think Neil Young if Neil had the best amplifier to do what he was trying to do. You don’t even need pedals with this amp, but it will take them very well. Because the amp drives itself, just back the gain down some and you’re golden.
The FX loop control also acts like a boost to push the normal or bright channel. I haven’t jumped the channels but if you had a splitter you could run one for rhythm and one for lead.
