About This Listing

Used, in excellent condition with original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity. This is a D'Pergo Classic S Style electric guitar handcrafted by New Hampshire-based D'Pergo Guitars. At Mill River Music wee see a lot of strat style guitars at all price points but this is one is a true joy for its classic vibe and deeply refined feel that will woo Fender lovers. Most hands will appreciate the chunky vintage neck carve with a satin finish, 1-5/8" nut width and 10" fingerboard radius that feels like a real sweetspot for any kind of playing. The high quality, custom burnished nickel hardware and RFB brass bridge are elegant and conjure the feel of a vintage piece wonderfully. D'Pergo knocked it out of the park with the voicing of the pickups - fat and dynamic classic strat tones with a player-favorite humbucker in the bridge position for sizzling leads. It is sometimes hard to justify Fender-style guitars at this price point, some Custom Shop pieces are real "eye-rollers", but the attention to every detail on this instrument is astounding and although this is our first example at MRM, D'Pergo Customs seem to be phenomenal pieces to invest in for both the playing and collecting experience. The guitar is in excellent condition overall with a few minor body dings and some minor hardware wear (see photo series for detail). A list of specifications:
