Made in East Germany in the 60s with some of the more recognizable traits of German builders like the "German carve" found on Rickenbackers and the Mosrite-style headstock volute. The Record 17 represents Musima's flagship instruments, and features a carved top in sunburst finish with P-90 style pickups, an ebony fingerboard inlaid with mother-of-pearl, and all-over matching body and neck binding.
