Here we have a brand new Martin D-X2E-02 Mahogany Dreadnought Acoustic Electric Guitar.  The X- Series from Martin is a fantastic way to get into a great guitar at a price that we can all afford.  The D-X2E is a full size Dreadnought guitar with a Spruce top and back and sides made from Martin's Mahogany HPL laminate material for great sound and stability.   It is loaded with a Fishman MX electrics system that is tucked away neatly in the sound hole so you can control Volume and Tone with ease.  The D-X2E comes with a padded soft case for protecting when traveling around.  If you want that big, beautiful Martin sound but don't want to spend a fortune than look no further.   Spec sheet below and please see the site for further details. New mother-of-pearl pattern inlay on the rosette and fingerboard lend a richness to the D-X2E making it as impressive to look at as it is to play. With a Performing Artist neck, fingerboard, and bridge of select hardwood, the sound transfer of this model has been greatly improved. It is equipped with Fishman® MX electronics and strung with Martin’s Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 strings. With a new, soft gig bag featuring headstock, bridge, and endpin protectors, a durable water-repellent exterior, and foam padding, this model is ready to go anywhere.

Due to material availability the D-X2E Rosewood and D-X2E Mahogany are designed with either a tortoise pattern or black pickguard. Selection may vary.
