Unknown Similar to a D-28 2010s - Natural

I bought this guitar on an impulse on ebay and basically never played it. I have way too many guitars, so adios. It’s a good starter guitar and not a bad looking piece. Let the pix be your guide.  I later discovered that the piece was a Martin kit dread and was made by the ebay seller. It plays well and the sound hole is oversized, like my Martin Clarence White Signature Model D-28.  I put on a nut elevator to raise the action and I played it lap style a few times. If you want, I will leave nut elevator on the piece.  There isn’t a pickup and the case is beat up externally but functional.

Before you ask, I still don’t understand why the neck was stained that way and it appears to be solid wood back and sides. BTW, my better half is holding the guitar in the playing position and no she isn't a player.
