About This Listing

This is a STUNNING example of an original 1976 Fender Starcaster in original curly maple Sunburst finish. Guitar plays and sounds just fantastic.

A particularly nice and clean Sunburst example with an extra nice flamed top.

Original Seth Lover pickups are super warm and thick with a a killer vintage tone to them. It's like a '70s Tele Deluxe merged with a Gibson ES-335. A five control knob guitar, neck pickup volume, neck pickup tone, bridge pickup volume, bridge pickup tone and—unusual for a Fender—a master volume.

The neck has a nice chunky profile that feels great in your hand. Frets are in excellent condition, neck is straight and it plays with a nice low action. No buzz of issues, pure tone.

This is a wonderful piece for a player and collector alike.

These are some of the most underrated guitars out there.

Comes with original manual, strap, case key and original hardshell case.
