About This Listing

Now, this is maybe the most special bass we've ever had at the shop.

This bass is a faithful replica of the first Fodera Wooten from 1983 (without a Kahler tremolo). It has a 3 pcs mahogany-maple-mahogany body and sounds like an instrument played for 30 years. This custom instrument is the result of many hours of work and is a real collector’s item, realized by Vinny Fodera who built it personally.

Woods come from the same stash of mahogany, maple and Indian rosewood as those used on Victor's original #37 Fodera Monarch from 1983. Even the Fodera/Haz preamp is the same (Fodera had two left and were used for these two basses).

What this means is that this bass is virtually identical in every sense to Victor's own bass.

Relic job made by the expert guys from Sandberg guitars.

A true collector's item that is a perfect replica of one of the most iconic basses in history. And of course it plays and sounds like a dream.

Only two of them were made worldwide and here's your chance to own one of them.
