Passive internal circuit, variable 5-9 volts for the LED operation only, depending how bright you want it. LED is two colors; blue for output A, red for B. If only one output is in use, the other output also acts as a mute. Also works as a 2-to-1 combiner running two guitars into one amp/circuit.
