Used Boss PSM-5 Power Supply / Master Switch pedal. Used. Bought second-hand in 2009 or so, has been on a pedalboard in my home studio and never left.
Did have velcro on the backside. Red label. Works well, occasionally needs the switch cleaned (I had to clean it once in the time I've owned it). Missing one screw in the backplate.
Some scuffs and paint chips here and there, as expected with an older pedal. See the close up photo for detail.
No power supply or original packaging included.
Just clearing out some unused gear to make room for more. :)
