4 String 1/2 Scale Natural Finish Electric Upright Bass

Wide hollow scaled down body version of a full upright bass. Bass is rustic design Natural finish. The hollow body picks up the true full acoustic sound opposed to a solid body. Beautiful carved Mahogany solid not laminated wood top. Neck is Mahogany. Removable Neck for Airplane travel. Rosewood Fingerboard with white fret markers. Solid Maple wood bridge. Rosewood tailpiece. F-hole cream binding installed. Gold upright bass tuners. K&K Sound Bass Max Upright/Double Bass Wing-Slot Bridge Sensor Pickup w/Jack. Adjustable End pin to 18 inches. The bass has been expertly setup with no string buzz at all locations of the fingerboard. Fingerboard is made on CNC machine so it is accurate to 1/8" string heigth.  Brass and Ebony nut for great sustain. Bass size: Body is 30"L x 15"W x 4" deep. Overall length is 62". Bass weights 11 lbs. My goal is to build an instrument that looks , plays, feels and sounds like an upright bass and still fits in a backseat of your Toyota . These basses are fully constructed on a CNC machine so the tone is accurate, consistent and balanced across all 4 strings.
