Ray Massie worked for Fender in the very early days, and then went his own way, designing and building amps for a number of famous brands (e.g. Rickenbacker). This amp is a '63 "El Basso", which is an absolutely killer all-tube amp running 6v6s in push-pull for about 12-15 watts. The circuit is very similar to a tweed deluxe, but has a beefier original P12P Jensen speaker, larger/ heavier ported and closed back cab so its really its own beast. This model was recently serviced, has a three-prong chord, is running two new Sovtek 12AX7s, 2 vintage 6V6s (RCA and Magnavox branded), and a Hammond-branded American-made 6CA4 Rectifier. The original transformers are large (output transformer is much heavier/ larger than a tweed deluxe output transformer, and a huge part of the sound of this beast).
