This instrument is from MIRC. They purchase instruments from major manufacturers that don't make the cut to be sold as new due to blemishes or electronic issues. They may also be overstocks or discontinued models. They repair them within reason, stamp "used" on the back of the headstock, and wholesale to dealers like us. We found no blemishes on this guitar and the electronics all work. It plays and sounds great.
