You are looking at the Dimarzio Air Norton Neck pickup pickup.
It came with my guitar (RG652LWFX Prestige) and I removed it immediately after purchasing my guitar.
It is in excellent condition, but the ground cable was cut shorter so I could solder it to the ground on my other pickup. You just need to remove a little of black heat shrink to get more extra ground, or do what you like for your soldering job.
This model is made specifically for Ibanez Prestige guitars.
