The craftsmanship is just amazing and John is a very nice person to work with. This custom made guitar is shaped for the full comfort of playing. The body contour is very ergonomic and fits perfectly to the body. Well balanced guitar. It features Swamp Ash body, Spalted maple top with a matching headstock, Satin finished Book matched three piece flamed maple neck with an Ebony fingerboard and a 9.5 radius, Abalone side dots, super smooth modern C neck profile, Sunbear P90 pickups, and Gotoh hardware. The scale length is 25.5. Gotoh 510 tremolo bridge. The weight is 7.7 lbs. Simple and functional controls - two volumes, two tones, and 3-way switch. The guitar plays wonderfully. The action is low and every note rings so it's very easy to play. The waiting list for Johns builds is extensive and prices start from 2,5k so it's worth a try and you won't be disappointed.
