In almost excellent condition, worst being that the tuners are non original but can easily be replaced with period correct tuners that should cover up the current tuners holes if restored. The neck has some finish checking as well... Other than that it has 2 switches that control both the neck pickup and bridge pickup, the other switch I cannot tell any difference when engaged or disengaged. 1 volume pot for neck, and 1 volume pot for bridge.
