Antique Kay Acoustic parlor sized guitar converted to a rubber bridge guitar.
These are all the rage right now in the recording and songwriting business. They say these guitars write songs for you...they say.
Leveled, crowned, dressed, sanded, and polished frets to a mirror shine.
Electronics installed include foil sound hole pickup, vintage push cloth wiring. 500k, full sized volume and tone pot with a switch craft output jack.
Action set at 1.25mm at the 12th fret. Rubber bridge guitars can have low action since the strings don't oscillate as much. The bridge is a floating style bridge, so it isn't permanently attached. Think of what an archtop guitar uses. Currently strung with 12s and set up with perfect intomation. This thing plays beautifully, and sounds amazing.
Antique sound with an antique look.
