A really cool, made in Japan, Stafford SE 350 Shallow Bowl Acoustic Electric Guitar. It is built in the Ovation style with the Plastic Rounded back. Come with a new gigbag!

Stafford is an “original” brand for the instrument store chain called Kurosawa in Japan. See pic 3 of the label in the Soundhole. We believe these guitars were made not for the USA market but the Japan market. A few are sold here now, but they all seem to be coming from Japan dealers.

This guitar plays great and has a very distinctive sound. Crystal clear tone that sounds more electric guitar when plugged in then most acoustic electric guitars. I like the sound! Unplugged, its a really nice playing and sounding acoustic. Excellent low playing action and it has a new set of 11 gauge strings.

Its all original and in fine shape for its age. It has some dings and such but really a very pretty guitar. The flamey maple top is a laminate but a very pretty laminate. They even used Schaller High End Tuners..Those are made in West Germany...See pic 9.

It has 22 frets and has a 25 1/4 inch scale neck with a 1 11/16 inch nut. Nice round C profile thats a pleasure to play. A lotta guitar for under $300.00
