About This Listing

This guitar was built in the famous workshop of Jose Ramirez III, which produced instruments performed on by countless professionals over the years from Sting to Segovia, Chet Atkins to Sabicas and Lee Ritenour to Christopher Parkening.

This model uses beautiful Indian rosewood for the back and sides in combination with a cedar top. The tone is full, clear, and has that typical warm, mysterious and moody character that made Ramirez famous.

Besides the usual playwear, scratches and dings, this guitar still looks clean for its age. One modification is the ebony fingerboard that has been replaced. It also had a small repair on the side of the body, and a touch up of the lacquer there is still visible. While it has a high nice action, the saddle is quite low and the bridge is starting to get a little loose which makes the condition 'fair. Comes in a hardshell case with TFOA passport.
