Esteve 6PS Natural Gloss 2015 Classical Guitar w/ Sageworks Support

Here for sale we have an Esteve 6PS classical guitar in Natural Gloss finish. This instrument was hand-made by the artisanal luthiers at Guitarras Esteve of Spain in 2015. This guitar features a Solid Cedar top, Laminated Indian Rosewood back and sides, Okume set-neck and 19 fret Ebony fingerboard, as well as an Indian Rosewood bridge. The guitar is beautifully finished with Gloss Polyurethane lacquer to preserve and protect the fine wood used in its construction. This particular instrument has been fitted with a Sagework UMBRA Standard Guitar support which provides optimal positioning of the instrument when you are seated. With fast and simple adjustments, this support features convenient magnetic attachment for safe and reliable fitment to the instrument. 

The Okume neck sits very comfortably in the hand, with a profile that feels rather slim and provides a nicely flattened area to the centre for the thumb to rest. The Gloss finish to the rear offers smooth and precise navigation of the entire register of the instrument. The flat fingerboard radius and 52.7mm nut width produces a traditional playing experience for a classical guitar, ensuring comfortable playability without any distractions. Without the guitar support attached, the instrument feels comfortable in the arms and easily manoeuvrable. The Sageworks support only enhances this, meaning you can achieve your optimal playing position every time. 

The Esteve 6PS delivers an open and airy voice which is well suited to both ensemble and unaccompanied performance. The low end is unpronounced yet warm, whilst the midrange and high frequencies are clear and precise. The guitar projects well and provides an accurate dynamic response that feels very sensitive to the player's touch. This would be an ideal instrument for someone looking to explore classical guitar playing or to upgrade their equipment.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Very light wear is apparent to the headstock slots, close to the nut. A small chip is present to the treble side tip of the headstock. 

Neck: Overall excellent condition, all aspects of the neck and fingerboard present minimal markings.

Body: Overall very good condition. A mild dent lightly piercing the finish is present to the treble side edge of the lower bout. Light scratching to the sides and rear face are visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. 

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is moderate material remaining for any light fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
