Single owner guitar. Purchased in 1967 on Long Island NY.
Plays great and sounds great. A fair amt of Play Wear. And the case Needs a bit of fixing up on one end.

All tuners work but a couple are a a little harder to work. Not for tuning, but it's harder to restring. I took them apart and cleaned and lubed the offending tuners. and replaced the two worst ones with Vintage matching tuners. The cleaned ones are better just not perfect. But they all work. I am going to sell this as is. The guitar has been Intonated Has a new set of Fender XII strings. Split Pick up design makes the single coil quite noiseless like a hum bucker. neck is straight neck finish near perfect front and back. New strings were installed recently. I added some scratches trying to remove a tuner. I will add a picture. But note that the head stock has a new scratch near the ring that surrounds one tuning pole front of the "Hockey Stick" that was not in the pictures I posted. Going out of town so will be a week before I can add another picture. I also removed a lot of the basement rust off the case latches. Not perfect but better. Will add pictures on that as well. But cannot do it until I return.
