1960s Shin-Ei Sekova Model 59. Distortion Pedal FZ-1A Maestro Fuzz Tone Circuit Classic 60’s Fuzz

For sale we have a classic in world of fuzzes. This is the Model 59. “Distortion” from Shin-Ei. It’s originally based on the Maestro Fuzz-Tone FZ-1a, the holy grail of fuzz and secret sauce behind some of rock's most iconic riffs. We're talking about the sound that defined an era, the kind of growl that made the '60s and '70s the golden age of rock.

This Sekova Model 59. has got the same DNA. When you kick this pedal into gear, you're tapping into a lineage of tone that powered the likes of Keith Richards and Pete Townshend. It's that quintessential sound that turned solos into legends and riffs into anthems.

This vintage fuzz box is in great shape, and perfect working order. For sputtery buzzsaw sizzle and richer overdriven fuzz roar, this Sekova Model 59 is a rare example of the brand's first fuzz unit. Let this bad boy be your ticket to a time when Rock reigned supreme.
