PRS Custom Shop Artist Series Artist III Big Leaf Quilted Maple Top in Dark Cherry Sunburst finish made in 1997 #155with Original Molded Case. This guitar features a solid south american mahogany body with a natural bound quilted big leaf maple top, south american mahogany neck, west indian rosewood fingerboard and West Indian rosewood overlay headstock with abalone purfling. Equipped with a pair of original PRS Artist humbuckers in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 1-volume, 1-tone knob and a 5-way rotary selector with coil tapping. The 25" scale length neck has abalone birds inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets on a 10" radius with a slim C neck profile. The hardware is comprised of gold PRS phase 1 locking tuning machines, a graphite nut, a PRS compensated wrap around bridge and gold speed knobs.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with some light signs of play. it has some light surface marks on its back/ top and some light dings/ dimples on it‘s back, mostly seen under direct light (see pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes original molded case and COA.
