Fender Custom Shop 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Diamond Dealer Stratocaster Stratocaster in 2-Color Sunburst finish made in 1994 with Original Hard Shell Case #34 of 150. This guitar features a solid swamp ash body with a highly flamed book matched maple top, figured birdseye maple neck and matching fingerboard with 40th anniversary gold chevron medallion with diamond inset. Equipped with a set of Fender Custom 50's single coils with Gold Plated Pickup Pole Pieces in the neck, middle and bridge position. Controlled by 1-volume, 2-tone knobs and a 5-way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has abalone dots with "1954-1994″ banner inlay at twelfth fret and 21 medium jumbo frets on 9.5" radius with a soft V neck profile. The hardware is comprised of matching gold Fender vintage style tuning machines, a bone nut, a 6-saddle american vintage synchronized tremolo bridge, white top hat knobs with a hand engraved gold plated with scroll work and "1954-1994" 40th anniversary Stratocaster pickguard.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with very minimal light signs of play. The gold has some very light oxidation/age andsome light marks, the body has some light surface marks, polish marks and a few small scratches. Most can be seen under direct light. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings, Includes original hard shell case/Inner Gig bag, original case candy and COA.
