Fender Blackface Twin/Super Reverb 1966-1972 - Black

Killer sounding Frankenstein BF Fender Amp. By far the best amp I've ever played, and will blow any reissue out of the water. Chassis and tube Tube Chart date to 66, and transformers are Vintage Fender from the early 70s. This amp is extremely unique as the previous owner modded it to a 2x12 with 2 vintage Eminence speakers at 8ohm each that use 4 6L6s that drive a 4ohm load and a solid state rectifier. This makes the amp around 60w, using a 2.5 fuse, and overall increases the headroom in a powerful and dynamic way: basically a twin reverb in a super reverb chassis. Amp sounds incredible but the alterations and unoriginality do bring down the price considerably.
