1920s unknown project Mandolin Tuning pegs / machine heads, body , neck and parts

This is for parts . The tuners and the neck are the main value here . The neck seems straight, the fretdboard is good the inlay is good for parts . The body is damaged, and is only good for the top or to scavenge for slats . The tuners all turn but some are missing. My asking price is for what the tuning pegs and neck alone are worth . If you buy the tuning machine heads, the rest of the parts are free . If all you want is the tuning heads and you don't want to pay extra to ship the body I'll be glad to pull the tuners off and sell just them . But the asking price is still the same.
